I think my workers like me... or do they? I duno... But then so far feedbacks about me have been good... I hope they truly respect me. I treat them as a family than workers.. My Security guards and cleaners... They are like my elders. One thing for sure is that my superiors dun like the way I wrk. They think I am too slack with my workers liaoz..I dun agree with them at all... They think u have to make ur workers fear u b4 they really work hard for u... To me, its all about respect... If u want them to work hard for u, u must earn their respect. In this era, leading by fear no longer works... Respect....
